More and more cosmetic companies realize today that quality products can be produced without animal testing. Unfortunately, there are still companies that continue to carry out extremely brutal experiments on animals, without any need. Every year around the world, countless animals go through hell in the experimental laboratories and lose their lives just for the sake of cream, shampoo, silhouette and soap. This stain can’t be cleaned.
Today anyone can choose beauty, choose compassion, choose products that have not been tested on animals.
This guide was created in order to make the information accessible and help with a compassionate choice.
About the guide:
“Choosing Beauty”, the consumer guide of the Society Against Animal Testing, is a simple and convenient tool to help you choose beauty and cleaning products that were not tested on animals. We believe that true beauty begins with being at peace with ourselves and with our choices, and knowing that no one has been hurt by them along the way.
In a simple search you can find out if your product has been tested on animals or not. We will provide you with the latest, safest and most reliable information that will help you choose beauty.
The Guide of the Israeli Society Against Animal Testing meets international standards, and in order to be included in the list of the recommended companies the company’s representatives need to sign a questionnaire and a statement in which the company undertakes that it does not conduct animal testing on its own, and that its products and raw materials that it uses are not tested on animals even by a third party. In addition, the company must present the exact date (Fixed Cut Off Date) after which it did not conduct animal experiments, the full criteria appear on the Association’s website.
