Ilana has been through severe abuse. A rope cutting deep into her neck told of the time she’d spend tied and strangled.
She got to us in extremely poor state: fractures to her face, locked jaws, and extreme emaciation after a very long time without food.
After a complex jaw surgery hospitalization and a long rehabilitation – Ilana can eat again, and even smile.
Slowly but surely she’s finding out that people can be good.
Now she deserves for the first a loving, caring home that will teach her to trust again.
