What Yogev endured before he got to us is truly heartbreaking.
When he got to the clinic, we found two bullets in his injured little body, probably from an air rifle.
One bullet entered his head and miraculously didn’t cause any damage.
Another bullet hit his hind leg and shattered the bone completely.
The open fracture became infected and caused Yogev severe pain.
Dr. Rotem Yosef rushed him to urgent, complex surgery.
The infection was cleared and the severe injury was carefully treated.
Right now Yogev still isn’t using his leg, and is receiving intensive care.
He is facing a long road of recovery, hospitalization and rehabilitation.
