Labor of Love

After years of small patches the time has come for an overall renovation of our shelter.
The asphalt floors in all the pens was crumbling, the gates were rusty and broken, so after much hard work planning and gathering resources we’re happy and excited that it finally happened: tractors, bulldozers and many working hands have passed through the shelter over the passed few months, sturdy new concrete floors were installed and now the pens are cooler in summer and puddle-free in winter. grass, shade canopies and pools were purchased for the dogs’ well-being.
We wanted to thank Mr. Aviv Pode and Mrs. Nurit Yaglom, for without their generous support this project wouldn’t be possible.
