Little steps

Lilit was found on the side of the road, crushed.
Fractures in her front and back legs,
bleeding in her lungs, unable to stand.
She screamed in pain —
but her tail kept moving.
It told us: “Don’t give up on me.”
And we didn’t.
After surgeries and hard days,
Lilit stood up,
took one step, then another —
and today she’s walking.
She’s getting stronger with physio and hydrotherapy,
learning her new life.
And the tail? Non-stop.
Lilit took the first step.
Now she’s waiting for you to take the next one — home.
