A video of Shafdan limping in the road sent activists in search on her, then she was gone.
Hours later she was found in a sewage pit. We thank rescuer Avi Kuzi for retrieving her and bringing her to us.
Tests showed a fractured hind leg, a numb front leg, and trauma to the head.
We immediately started working on stabilizing her, so that she can undergo surgeries.
