Who shoot Oshri?

It’s hard to understand how anyone could shoot a helpless dog. Oshri came to us after being shot — his tiny body went through severe trauma. He’s hospitalized in emergency care, connected to a chest drain, and fluid is still building up — a life-threatening situation. He’s under 24/7 monitoring. He’s alert and eating, but still in critical condition, with a long road ahead. His care is expensive: hospitalization, tests, X-rays, and drainage. We can’t stop his treatment now.
