Chain and pain

For years this poor little was neglected and abused. He was tied with an iron chain, heavier than his entire tiny body, kept in a filthy corner of the yard without the protection and warmth of a loving home.
We confiscated Hoomi and after all he’s been through, we want nothing more than to find this little guy the truly loving family he deserves.
Ten year old Hoomi is part of our FosterForLife project, which means his adoption will be cost free and will include 2 complimentary large bags of dog food.
