Supreme Court

We have filed petitions to the Supreme Court five times already in order for the budget allocated for spay-neuter of community cats to be released. In actuality, there is no ordered program and no one really knows how many cats there are out there and how many of them need help.
Most local authorities get the funds, but there is no one supervising them to see if and how the money is spent.
It is time for a change, for the community cats!
